Pricing Overview
DeskDirector currently has three subscription tiers that customers can choose from:
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum

Contact Limits
For precious metals plans, the contact count is set as the total number of contacts in DeskDirector
A contact will be counted regardless of activity. If it is in the system, it will add to the count.
This differs from legacy plans, where we only counted active users.
This change was made to reflect the needs of larger businesses, while remaining affordable for our existing customer base. We since introduced a much higher base contact count and made the incremental pricing simpler.

Silver | 15,000 | +100,000 at $500/month |
Gold | 15,000 | +100,000 at $500/month |
Platinum | 20,000 | +100,000 at $500/month |
This pricing gives three clear outcomes:
- The higher base count will comfortably cover the large majority of DeskDirector customers
- With 20,000+ contacts, a $500/month additional charge is reasonable
- Removes bill shock related to usage of contacts
So, in order to increase from 15k-20k, the best path is to upgrade your plan.
In all circumstances, > 20k contacts will cost an extra $500 per month, but will provide coverage up to 115k contacts.
Pricing History
Before the switch to the Precious Metals plans (Silver, Gold and Platinum) in early 2021, the plans available were the Essential and Dynamic Plan. You can find what was included in these tiers below.
