Developer Corner Overview
Your DeskDirector experience can be extended further with the power of the DeskDirector API and our Webhooks. To access the Developer Corner, open your Admin Portal and head to Advanced > Developer Corner.
The DeskDirector API is a very powerful tool, and if used properly, it extends the DeskDirector's functionality and allows for more possibilities with DeskDirector.
API Keys
Advanced > API keys.In this section, you can view, regenerate, or delete your API keys.

Webhooks
Just like the DeskDirector API, the use of webhooks extends the functionality and possibilities you have with your DeskDirector instance. Webhooks can be used for automations and include event-related triggers like approvals, the ticket life cycle, chat and more.
Cross-origin Resource Sharing
The Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) settings are for customers who want to query the DeskDirector API from a website hosted on a different domain. Having these validates and authorises the URL you will specify to query your DeskDirector instance.

This can be used when adding an extension menu that uses an external site, querying your DeskDirector instance.
